7:00 AM - 1 bangus sinigang
9:00 AM - fish meatballs
1:00 PM - 1 rice + 4 pcs siomai + 1 yakult
Exercise
Squat 5x5 - 40 kg
Bench Press 5x5 - 50 kg
Inverted rows - 5x3
Pushups - 10x3
Reverse Crunch - 12x3
Cardio
10-minute walk @ 7 Kph
Current Weight 216 lbs @ 34.4% BF. I lost 3 lbs of Free Fat Mass
