7:00 AM - 4 small chicken breast
10:00 AM - 1 medium fish
12:30 PM - 3 pcs skyflakes fit
1:30 PM - 1 hard boiled egg + 2 pcs calamares + 1 pork ear + 1 dugo + 1 longanisa
Exercise
Squat 5x5 - 42.5 kg
Overhead Press 5x5 - 40 kg
Deadlift - 1x5 - 40 kg
Chinups - 5x3 (negatives)
Prone Bridges - 3x30 secs
Treadmill - 11 minutes @ 7 KMH
